Some items to consider:
- Title tag (keyword & location)
- Unique content – don’t just repeat what’s on your homepage.
- Unique imagery – feature your local store or office.
- Google Maps embedded
- Local Contact information – Local Phone number
- Link to your Google Plus for Business page
