Some items to consider:

  1. Title tag (keyword & location)
  2. Unique content – don’t just repeat what’s on your homepage.
  3. Unique imagery – feature your local store or office.
  4. Google Maps embedded
  5. Local Contact information – Local Phone number
  6. Link to your Google Plus for Business page
